Birthday Promotion

This promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Tecovas, Inc. (“Tecovas”), which reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any participant.

ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is available to eligible customers in the continental United States (not in Alaska or Hawaii), who have opted-in to receive email communications from Tecovas. Void in AK, HI, and where prohibited by law.

OFFER: Qualifying participants will receive a limited time discount code (the “Discount Code”), for $50 off a future purchase of full-price Tecovas boots made during the Promotion Period, subject to availability. The Discount Code will be delivered via email approximately 14 days before the participant’s birthday (to the e-mail address provided by the participant at time of opt-in). THE DISCOUNT CODE EXPIRES 30 DAYS FOLLOWING ISSUANCE, AND MAY ONLY BE USED ONCE.

To qualify for the Promotion, you must purchase a full-price pair of Tecovas boots at a Tecovas retail location or at Tecovas’ online store, during the Promotion Period. 

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion Period starts at 12:00 AM Central Time on the day the Discount Code is sent to the participant by Tecovas, and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on the date that is thirty (30) days thereafter.

EXCLUSIONS: Participant must have valid birth date and e-mail address on record with Tecovas. Each Discount Code may only be used once. All offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks are available. Not valid on prior or pending purchases, gift certificates, taxes, shipping and processing charges. Participant must pay applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Discount Code may not be used on any discounted or marked down items, or warehouse sale items, exclusions apply. Discount Codes have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold or otherwise bartered. Offer may not be redeemed at outlet store locations. DISCOUNT CODES CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER OFFERS, USED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY DISCOUNTED PURCHASES, OR USED TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF DIGITAL OR PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Tecovas’s standard Returns & Exchanges policy applies. Refunds on qualifying orders will be governed by these terms. If a participant uses the Discount Code and subsequently returns the purchased boots in accordance with Tecovas’s policy, the Discount Code may not be re-used and the participant will only receive a refund of the amount paid (after application of the Discount Code). 

GENERAL CONDITIONS / RELEASE:

PARTICIPANT FULLY RELEASES TECOVAS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY CAUSED BY, RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM THE PROMOTION. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT WILL TECOVAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR USE OF ANY OFFER. PARTICIPANT FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY OFFER IS RECEIVED “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND FROM TECOVAS.

Any reporting or tax requirements are the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants are responsible for payment of all tax and shipping expenses. By participating in the Promotion, you also agree to Tecovas’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Tecovas reserves the right to terminate any Discount Code, and suspend or terminate a participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion, in the event Tecovas suspects fraud, abuse, or other misconduct related thereto.

CHANGES TO PROMOTION: At Tecovas’s sole discretion and option, the dates for participation may be extended or shortened. Tecovas may cancel or modify this Promotion at any time. Tecovas will post notice of any such adjustments in a reasonable manner.
